NOTE : Please use this oil & grease type during periodic maintenance schedule. Always fill recommended amount only as shown above, if amount of oil will be less or more then it may damage tractor’s parts .

Pressure of radiator cap is 0.89 bar (12.90 psi). If this pressure will be more then it will cause over heating in engine because it will not allow gases to escape.

Before starting tractor in morning please follow these points:

  • Check whole properly i.e. any source of oil or fuel leakage.
  • Air pressure in all wheels for required purpose.
  • Working of all electrical devices such instrument cluster , head lamps , other lights and horn etc.
  • Level of oil in parts of tractor.
  • Level of coolant in radiator.
  • There should be enough fuel for journey.
  • Greasing all points should be proper.
  • After starting tractor leave it at idle RPM at least for one minute because in turbo charge tractor it takes some time to lubricate all parts and turbo properly. This practice will ensure less wear and tear.
  • Don’t rev engine at no load.

After first 50 hours:

  • Change engine oil.
  • Change engine oil filters.
  • Change fuel filters.
  • Change hydraulic oil filter.

  • Check clutch paddle free play.
  • Check brake paddle free play.
  • Check parking brake lock working.
  • Air pressure in tyre.
  • Check free play in fan and alternator belt.
  • Check battery condition and charging.
  • Check front axle oil level.
