Zetor Diesel 3011 tractor full specifications

Zetor Diesel 3011 tractor was one of the most advance tractor of its time and providing many features which were ahead of its time and this tractor was one of the early models of the company. Tractor has 3 cylinder naturally aspirated liquid engine with 2340 CC displacement which can produce about 35 horse power category (39 hp) at 2000 engine rated RPM. Tractor has dual clutch system with 10 forwards + 2 reverse gear options and apart from this tractor has many options in PTO and hydraulic lifts. Top model of tractor has suspension in front axle and safety cabin additional features while in base model these features were not provided which were basically dependent on the geography and economy of a country. Engine

Zetor diesel 3011 tractor’s engine is well known for outstanding performance, long life and low maintenance. In this engine special choke system is provided which helps to start engine very easily in extreme cold weather conditions and the process to use this choke was very simple i.e. pull full hand throttle and then press choke button which was given front side of fuel injection pump. Then start the starter motor and when engine is started then choke button comes back to its initial position automatically. Apart from that there is separate chamber for mobile in fuel injection pump of tractor in which 0.16 liter of mobil oil has to be poured. This ensures long life of fuel injection pump i.e. in other tractors common oil is used for engine and injection pump and if engine oil is not changed for long intervals then oil losses its ability to lubricate and viscosity then if that oil is transferred in injection pump then it drastically affects the life of fuel injection pump but this is not so in case of Zetor diesel 3011 tractor’s engine.

Here are some basic problem and their possible reasons which may occur due to lack of proper maintenance or after a very long time of use of tractor:

• Fuel pump is not supplying diesel:
  • Fuel cock is at closed position.
