- Air filter clogged.
- Setting of valve clearance is wrong.
- Engine overloading.
- Fault in injection nozzles.
- Selection of wrong implement behind the tractor.
- Water ballasting is very low or very high.
- Blockage in air intake system.
- Blockage in crankcase tube.
- Selection of wrong gear.
- Fault in injection pump.
- Life of engine is complete.
Implement selection table
Selection of perfect implement behind tractor in field is very important for low fuel consumption and best performance. Here is the table to better understand implement selections:
Implement | Type |
---|---|
MB plough | 2 bottom |
Reversible MB plough | 1 bottom |
Disc plough | 2 disc |
Offset Disc harrow | 12 and 14 discs |
Trailed disc harrow | 12 to 14 discs |
Cultivator | 7 to 9 tines |
Rotavator | 1.25 metre |
Selection of gear will depend condition of soil that’s why recommended are not shown here.

Flushing of coolant |
Secondary air cleaner element should be changed once in a year but if environmental condition are very dusty then this period will be less and for that you have to contact to nearest dealership.
After 2 years coolant should be flushed and new coolant should be filled.
Apart from this chart there are some things which should be inspected daily which are:
- Check engine oil level.
- Check coolant level daily.
- Drain out water from fuel filters.
- Grease all lubrication points.
- Check air pressure in tyres.
Things which should be inspected after 50 hours:
- Check and top up transmission and hydraulic oil level.
- Grease front axle pivot pins.
- Lubricate steering spindles.
- Lubricate clutch and brake paddle greasing pins.
- Adjust free play in clutch and brake paddle and check tension in fan belt.
- Check battery terminal connection and if there corrosion then remove it then clean terminals and then apply some petroleum jelly to terminals.
