Engine’s valve clearance is 0.30 MM for inlet & outlet in cold condition which is very important according to view of maintenance because if there will be perfect valve clearance then tractor will provide maximum power with very low RPM droppage and low fuel consumption. Radiator cap pressure is 13.05 psi, it is also very important because if pressure will be high than recommended then there will be overheating of engine which we will discuss in troubleshooting part.

Ballasting
To avoid wheel slippage you can add cast iron plates each of weight 55 kg to rear wheels (remember you can maximum 6 plates each side only) and in this way you can add 660 kg extra weight to rear end of tractor to provide extra traction. You can also add extra weight to front part of tractor i.e. if front weight carrier is of 55 kg then you can add 6 weight plates each of weight 30 kg and there will be total extra weight 235 kg with front weight carrier but if front weight carrier is of 70 kg weight then you can add 10 weight plates each of weight 30 kg and there will be total extra weight 370 kg including weight carrier. In this wat there will be maximum 1030 kg weight (when front weight carrier is of 70 kg) on tractor.
Water ballasting is also a good way to avoid wheel slippage but before filling tube with water you must pay attention to following points:
- There must be 75 % water and 25 % air in tube which will give you best result.
- In case extreme cold condition i.e. temperature less than 0°C mix calcium chloride in such a way that there should be 600 gram calcium chloride in 1 litre of water.
